California Educational Services (CEEFS) has derived the policies, procedures and guidelines from NAFSA and AACRAO. Our website and application agreement form states our procedures on authenticity and code of ethics. CEEFS examines documents for accuracy and authenticity. California Evaluation Reports prepared by our staff are judgments based on appropriate reference materials, including standard references in the field. CEEFS evaluates credentials based on the most accurate information at the time the evaluation is made; therefore, CEEFS reserves the right to revise educational equivalencies based on new information.
Foreign Credential Evaluation Reports prepared by our staff are judgments based on appropriate reference material, including standard references in the field. CEEFS examines documents for accuracy and authenticity.
